A project such as Baobab Domains is unique and has never been seen, certainly not with respect to the installation techniques. Many techniques are to be implemented in an innovative way. All apartments have an individual solar energy system, while the solar panels are hidden in one central place within the building. This entails a complicated, yet very efficient system of hot water being guided to each apartment and swimming pool. The same attention is being given to the airconditioning: one for each property (consumption has to be separate for each owner), but installed away from the apartment, not only because of aesthetic reasons but also to reduce the possible noise to zero! Bear in mind also that each room has an individual sprinkler system that is able to detect a fire in one specific room and distinguish it in that particular room. To develop this into the finest details, we have surrounded ourselves with the right people!
We aim to be one of the most advanced buildings in Spain with respect to saving energy and safety. Hence we hired two additional specialists a couple of weeks ago. An additional investment, but one of which all owners will benefit since the community costs will be greatly reduced.
The Canarian government attaches great importance to energy saving and for more than 20 years they have been financing a company that was specifically founded to investigate cost-efective solar energy. From within that company, we hired an engineer to define all installations in terms of energy saving.
Our goal is nothing less than to ensure that our current and future customers, when spending their holidays here, they live a truly unique experience! And to be able to create that 'unique' experience, a lot of attention is being paid to the details, because details make the difference, as do the people in our team!
