Winter is coming and Baobab Domains, yet again, is entering a new phase. Despite it being winter here, temperatures are still ideal to continue working at the construction site. As many of you already know, the building structure has been completed a few weeks ago, and by now, technical installations and interior finishings are advancing rapidly. This week, we also started plastering the exterior walls (to be finished in white).
Of course many of you have started to ask us about the furniture. To be able to offer you the widest choice possible, we are mainly looking into how our offer is best composed. The interior design we will propose will be sustainable, low maintenance and very aesthetic. With the help of a number of specialists, we are putting together a diverse and exquisite selection!
To help you as much as possible with choosing your interior, a catalogue will be compiled, and will be sent to each and every customer early next year. Of course, all furniture and fabrics will be on display in our show flats! Between January 31st and April 30th, you submit your choice, which perfectly enables us to decorate the apartments completely to the customers’ wishes, so you do not have to organize anything yourself... 5 star living as it is meant to be.
To ensure the quality and everyone's safety at the construction site, from now on we can only allow visitors on site on Friday afternoons and by appointment. Of course we are more than happy to welcome you at our show flats!
Happenings: K42 Canarias Anaga Marathon
If you happen to be in Tenerife this December, and you are a sports minded person, then it might actually be fun to participate in the K42 Canarias Anaga Marathon. It takes place December 11th. Registrations via Internet
This marathon is part of a series of trail marathons, the K42 series, sponsored by Salomon. It will be a tough trail in the La Laguna/Anaga area. A good condition and lots of previous exercise will be necessary! Because of the successful first edition, many famous names are expected to participate.

We hope that you all enjoyed some good weather this summer, although you most likely needed to travel abroad to do so. The weather here on Tenerife has been great with an average of 26 degrees, which has enabled the construction to advance quite a lot. In spite of the fact that Spain is often associated with fiesta, siesta and holidays, the site wasn't closed down for the summer. On the contrary, the number of workers has risen largely and the building rhythm has almost been doubled.

of our website! This week the building's structure, when the roof of the Villa
apartments is poured, will be finished, and of course, that asks for
celebration (yet another fiesta). And as tradition dictates, a Cochinillo will
be prepared on site, the best you'll ever eat!
And not only at Baobab Domains, but on all seven of the
Canary Islands, they've been working hard. The last few months have been more
than successful because the number of tourists has actually reached 5.8
million, turning the islands in one of the most popular destinations ever.
Tenerife still holds its strong position and therefore remains a very
interesting investment opportunity.
With respect to the rental management, we started
looking for the appropriate staff, such as the right Community Manager, one of
the key roles within Baobab Domains. Interesting to read what we will be
expecting from that person. That job offer and in the future, many others, can

Lifestyle: Mercado de agricultor
A market visit is a very popular holiday activity.
Ever heard of 'Mercados de agricultor'?
In
several villages on Tenerife these markets take place during the weekend, both
Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8am till 2pm. They are small local markets
where farmers gather to sell their products. Not only fruits and vegetables can
be bought there, but also a range of different artesanal products such as bread
and pastries or the typical Canarian cheeses. All local and above all, fresh
products!
Of
course also Adeje has such a market, on the Las Torres square (C/Archajara),
right in front of Makro and indeed very close to Baobab Domains. Definitely
worth a visit!
